By accessing or using Leakly (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
“Leakly,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of the Service. “You” means the individual using Leakly.
2. Eligibility & age gate
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Accessing adult content is lawful where you are located
- You will not permit minors to access the Service through your devices or accounts
We may use an age confirmation screen and other controls. Circumventing those controls is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Accounts & security
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly via Contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or require verification when we reasonably believe it is needed to protect users, rights holders, or the Service.
4. Limited license to use Leakly
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content on the Service for your private, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not include rights to:
- Download, copy, redistribute, rehost, mirror, or sell Leakly content
- Use automated systems to scrape catalogs, thumbnails, or metadata at scale
- Frame the Service or bypass technical protection measures
- Use Leakly branding in a way that implies partnership without written permission
5. Platform content
Videos, images, text, and other materials on Leakly may be provided by Leakly, partners, or users (when upload features exist). Content availability can change. Titles, tags, and descriptions are for navigation and may contain adult language.
We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available. If you believe content infringes your rights, follow the DMCA process.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or non-public data
- Interfere with streaming, CDN delivery, rate limits, or security controls (including JWT / barrier protections)
- Harass, threaten, doxx, or abuse other users or staff
- Upload or promote illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors
- Impersonate Leakly, staff, or other people
- Use the Service to distribute malware or phishing
7. Free mode, trials & future payments
Leakly may operate in a free-access launch mode. We may later introduce subscriptions, one-time purchases, or advertising. If paid features launch, additional billing terms will be presented before you are charged. Crypto and card payment options may be supported at different times.
Taxes, currency conversion, and processor fees (if any) will be disclosed at checkout when payments are enabled.
8. Intellectual property
The Leakly name, logos, interface design, and original software are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Leakly IP to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAKLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAKLY AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or if required by law. You may stop using Leakly at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be highlighted on-site when practical.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Venue and dispute details will be finalized before public commercial launch.
